If you are unable to attend the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, please inform us of your cancellation (via [email protected] or phone or WhatsApp us at +1 [297] 561-1206) no later than 4 pm AST August 14, 2025, to obtain a full refund of your registration fee less our processing fee of USD $100.00. Thereafter, no refund will be made but substitutions may be made at no extra charge.
Substitution
You may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us via [email protected], no later than August 21, 2025. Your request must include your name and e-mail address as well as that of the person who will be attending in your place.
